As Den Hartogh, we want to stimulate and support our teams in participating or organising local charitable initiatives within their local communities. The Den Hartogh Community Cares (DHCC) programme provides employees with the support to participate in socially responsible and charitable events and aims to combine and centralise knowledge and passion in social responsibility. Our employees and passionate DHCC volunteers organised multiple community events around the world.

Caring is at the heart of everything we do. Our health & wellbeing framework promotes an environment in which we care for both the physical and mental health & wellbeing of ourselves and our colleagues. We launched a Health & Wellbeing project to keep these topics on the agenda because we feel it is increasingly important that we all look after each other and stay connected to ensure a safe, healthy and productive working environment and continue having fun in business.
