With our five-year strategy programme, the Roadmap to SPECE, we aim to achieve sustainable growth collaboratively as the Den Hartogh family. This requires establishing focus points: pillars which provide direction to each business unit, team and individual, and which help us focus on realising our ambitions. Having clear goals will enable us all to manage our time effectively and prioritise our activities. From our belief that we can determine our own future, we want to jointly create the right balance between the focus we have on our daily operations and on projects that drive long-term, sustainable growth. To do so, we apply the five pillars of SPECE, keeping in mind our six values.
