Customer Satisfaction

Improving the customer experience is a focal point in our strategic priorities. We are making it easier for customers by using online portals and real-time tracking, such as that of shipment information in our supply chain visibility portal through an upgrade. We are working closely with our logistics partners to improve data quality and coverage. We furthermore improved the way we work with customers and suppliers by using advanced EDI and API solutions. This makes interactions smoother and more efficient, creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

 

We are enhancing our customer relationship management (CRM) solution to provide even better service to our customers. By optimising and refining our CRM capabilities, we aim to streamline processes and deliver an improved experience for our valued customers.

We finished the year with continued record low levels of customer complaints. It shows that our service level and communication were both performing optimally. We are increasingly able to connect with our key customers at a tactical and strategic level to address and resolve their supply chain challenges together.
