In 2021, we defined how we, as a family company, would prepare for the future. We outlined our ambitions for sustainable growth while embracing our responsibility to the world in which we operate, captured in a five-year strategy. This vision took shape through our Roadmap to SPECE, built around these strategic pillars: Safety, Profitable Growth, Employee Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Environmental Sustainability—or, in short, SPECE.
By balancing our focus on daily operations with long-term projects, we have determined our own path forward.
